He is a kind, knowledgeable and honest sales person that knows the area and the products and application. He is patient and responsive. One of the best sales persons I have dealt with. We had our staircases re-carpeted after a reno and after a complicated install with a few issues, Ron and his team were absolutely stellar in rectifying the issue. If I could give them 6 stars I would. Outstanding service from the moment we stepped into the store. We needed an oddly shaped room carpeted and they answered all our questions. They even dispatched an employee right away to come over and take a look. The installers arrived the following week right on schedule and again, an absolute pleasure to deal with. The installation was quick and flawless. This was my second experience with Pollock’s. I purchased floor tile from them 2 years ago. They will be receiving all my business from now on. P.S. I had Home Depot drop by for a visit. Their estimate was much higher along with a 3 week wait. Easy decision.
